Moorfield House offers all modern day amenities, tastefully integrated into the style of the Victorian period. The pitch pine woodwork in the hallway has been stripped of layers of paint to reveal its former splendour, the front door still retains its' original etched glass. Throughout the house you will find a selection of beautifully hand crafted tapestries and embroideries.
The resident’s lounge with rich red walls, gilt framed pictures, high ceilings and original fireplace is purposely free from a television set, thus allowing conversation to flow or a quiet spot to be found. Whether catching up on your reading or to just contemplate the days events, the comfortable sofas are just waiting to supply the perfect end to your busy day. Why not sample one of our many Speyside Malt Whiskies, whilst perhaps, toasting your toes in front of the crackling open fire.

Our individually furnished bedrooms are each decorated in different tartans. Bold use of wall colours and fabrics all tastefully combine to create an air of comfort and luxury.
Five of our bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and one has a bathroom, all have flat screen satellite T.V., clock/radio alarm, hairdryer and welcome tray. For those who find stairs a problem, we have a double bedroom on the ground floor.
