Fishing the River Spey
Moorfield House is perfectly placed for fishing the River Spey. Packed lunches can be arranged and a drying room and secure facility to lock up rods and equipment is available. Fishing permits are available in the village and fishing equipment and clothing can be hired in nearby Grantown on Spey. There are both association and private beats available, on a daily or weekly basis. Certain stretches of the river are designated as Fly Fishing only and there is no fishing on a Sunday.
